Keep or Replace? is an informational car cost and affordability decision tool. It is not financial, lending, tax, legal, mechanical, safety or vehicle-inspection advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional opinion.

Every result is produced from the estimates and assumptions you enter. Results are scenario comparisons, not predictions, valuations or guarantees of future cost.

The 12-month repair-versus-replace comparison is free. The deeper 3-year analysis is an optional one-time purchase of 4,90 €. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

The paid analysis unlocks only after the payment has completed and the payment has been verified with Stripe. Your verified purchase reference is remembered on the same browser and device, and re-checked with Stripe on our server each time you return. Your calculator inputs stay in that browser session only. Clearing browser data or changing device may remove remembered access, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for checking the real figures behind your decision: finance terms and total repayable amount, the condition and history of any vehicle, repair estimates from a qualified mechanic, taxes, insurance and running costs. Where the decision matters, take professional advice.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an as-is basis and may occasionally be unavailable or change.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the tool's output, or for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost savings.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Your mandatory rights as a consumer under Estonian and EU law are not affected or reduced by these terms.

Refunds for the one-time purchase are described in the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
