Refund Policy

The 3-year analysis is a single one-time digital purchase of 4,90 €. There is no subscription, no renewal and no cancellation fee.

If the analysis was not what you expected, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Email hellika83@gmail.com and, if you have them, include the email address used at checkout and the purchase date so we can find the payment.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the money to appear.

If something went wrong — you were charged twice, the analysis did not unlock, or the payment looks wrong — please contact hellika83@gmail.com first. Most issues, including duplicate charges, are fixed quickly and directly, which is faster than a bank dispute.

This policy is offered in addition to your rights as a consumer under Estonian and EU law, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Those rights remain unaffected.
